Ranji Trophy: Karnataka 14 for 2 against J&K on day 1, play called off due to bad light

JAMMU: The day one of third quarterfinal of Ranji Trophy match between Jammu and Kashmir was called off due to bad light and only 30-minute play could take place at the GGM Science College Memorial Hostel Grounds, here.

The match before lunch could not be played due to bad light, as it was gloomy. Post lunch, Karnataka won the toss and decided to bat first, but lost both the openers in the first six overs play.

Karun Nair 4 (8) and Krishnamurthy Siddharth 0 (5) were at the crease, when the play was again stopped due to bad light.  (AGENCIES)
