JAMMU, May 14: MLA Bahu, Ch. Vikram Randhawa here today inaugurated the newly constructed lane and drain at Atulya Enclave, Ward No. 52, Trikuta Nagar.
BJP Mandal president, Nitish Mahajan, prominent party workers and local representatives including Ex-Councillor, Ajay Gupta, Pankaj Bral, Sandeep Gupta, Nitin Thappa, Rajinder Koul and Desraj Thapa were also present on the occasion.
The newly constructed lane and drain project is expected to provide major relief to the locals by improving sanitation, drainage facilities and overall connectivity within the locality.
Speaking on the occasion, Randhawa said that development at grassroots level remains his top priority and every Ward of the Bahu Constituency is witnessing continuous progress under his leadership.
He further said that the Jammu Municipal Corporation is working in coordination to strengthen civic infrastructure.
The MLA assured the people that more developmental projects related to roads, drains, lanes, sanitation and public facilities will be taken up in coming days.
Locals of the area expressed gratitude to the MLA.
