SRINAGAR, Nov 19: Reacting sharply to a news item published in various newspapers regarding High Court staying construction of his house, Minister for CAPD, Choudhary Mohammad Ramzan has asked the petitioner—Dr Ghulam Nabi Yatoo to tender a public apology failing which he will be constrained to file defamation suit against him.
“I am neither in possession of land at Friends Enclave Humhama nor constructing any house there”, Mr Ramzan said in a statement, adding “the petitioner has misrepresented the facts before the High Court and has willfully tried to defame me”.
