NEW DELHI : Opposition uproar over Ram Mandir and DDCA issues led to noisy scenes in the Rajya Sabha today forcing two adjournments– the second time till 1300 hrs.
While the House was adjourned for 10 minutes during Zero Hour on the Ram Mandir issue, it was adjourned at 1200 hrs till 1300 hrs, following the Congress’ uproar on the DDCA issue.
