PATNITOP, Nov 27: The National Art Workshop ‘Rang-E-Khiza’, organized by MSCBMC Trust in collaboration with Petronet LNG Ltd began here today with an inspiring inaugural session at Government Girls Middle School, Dogra.
The workshop was inaugurated by SHO Bishnah, Rakesh Jamwal, who graced the event as chief guest and his melodious singing left the audience captivated, adding a heartfelt and memorable start to the week-long national art event.
School Incharge, Jagdev Singh delivered welcome address. A handout stated that ten renowned artists from across India including Sharmila Sharma (Delhi), Rakhi Kumar (Delhi), Manish K. Rao (Delhi), Jiwan Biswas (Kolkata), Sanghpal Mhaske (Maharashtra), Aditya Shankar Prasad (Delhi), Rahul Mhetre (Mumbai), Taslim Sona (Rajasthan), Apurba Karati (West Bengal) and Rakhee Kumari (Patna)-interacted with students and began their creative sessions.
Anuradha Rishi, president MSCBMC Trust and daughter of the legendary artist Master Sansar Chand Baru, expressed gratitude to the school, artists and administration for their support.
“Art is a universal language that unites people beyond boundaries. Through Rang-e-Khiza, we are celebrating imagination, collaboration and cultural dialogue. These live sessions give students invaluable exposure to creative processes and artistic expression,” she said.
The workshop will continue till December 3, featuring demonstrations, interactive learning and live art sessions aimed at promoting cultural harmony and artistic inspiration among the youth.
