Raina, Koul inaugurate medical camps under Sewa Pakhwada

JAMMU, Sept 19: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu & Kashmir organized more than 50 medical camps across Jammu & Kashmir under “Sewa Pakhwada”.
J&K BJP president, Ravinder Raina, on the occasion said that various medical camps have been organized across Jammu & Kashmir. The camps saw thousands of people visiting doctors and were organised under the ‘Sewa Pakhwada’ organised to mark PM Narendra Modi’s birthday that began from 17th September.
J&K BJP general secretary (Org.) Ashok Koul said that the maximum medical camps were organized in the areas where free medical facilities are not easily accessible. In addition to routine diagnosis, free medicines were distributed on the spot, there were free diagnostics at some places and registration for future free or discounted surgeries were also done in these camps, he said.

Ashok Koul inaugurated the free medical testing and medicine distribution camp at Khimber Harwan in Srinagar. Director Health Services Kashmir, Nodal Officer, Dr. Irfat, Wakf Board chairperson Dr Darkshan Andrabi, former MLC, Surinder Ambardar and other BJP leaders were also present.
BJP vice-president, Yudhvir Sethi organized a free medical testing camp at Prem Nagar, Ward no 7, Jammu.
BJP general secretary, Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal accompanied by DDC Kartar Chand, DDC Ramesh Chander, DP Amar Singh inaugurated the free medical testing and medicine distribution camp at Nudd block in Samba.
In a bid to celebrate the Sewa-Saptah commencing from 17th of September to October 2, JD Singh convener Senior Citizen Cell BJP accompanied by Varinder Kumar Badyal State co-convener and Shiv Kumar Sharma, State Executive Member organized a Sewa event at Disha Chhatrawas (Ashram) Katra. The proceedings were initiated by Gopal Sharma district co-convener Reasi.
The objective of the event was to enlighten the students regarding the life-history of PM Modi and for the purpose a tele-film depicting life event’s of Modi Ji was displayed on the occasion.
Among other’s the prominent were Ex MLAs Ajay Nanda, Baldev Raj Sharma and Saraf Singh Nag DDC Chairman Reasi.
On the outset, the programme was concluded by JD Singh briefing various steps taken by Modi Ji for India’s Aatmnirbharta, Sanskriti, culture, foreign policy and certain steps towards last man of society. He also announced the new team in Katra Vaishno Devi Assembly segment.
