BJP holds victory rally at Doda

DODA, Jan 18:Asking partymen to be ready for Assembly elections in the Union Territory of J&K, BJP president of UT Ravinder Raina here, today said that the delimitation process is near completion and the Assembly poll will be held at any time after that.
Addressing a mammoth victory rally after the election of eight DDC members from the district, Raina said the DDC poll were for small elections and now the next elections will be for Assembly and people of the district will ensure victory of the party to rid the J&K of the dynastic parties who looted its resources for decades together.
Making a dig at politicians who turned the land grabbers, Raina said that entire land grabbed by big fishes will be restored and JCBs are ready to demolish their mansions constructed on encroached Government and State lands over the years. However, no poor will be put to trouble. “The Roshni Act was passed by these leaders for their own benefit and not for poor but present Government is committed to restore this entire land”, he added.
Addressing the rally BJP general secretary (Org), Ashok Kaul also made a dig at dynastic parties who ruled the erstwhile State for decades together for present mess and said they perished the J&K with their wrong and anti people policies.
He said a revolution has come all over the country after Narendra Modi took over in 2014 as Prime Minister and warned that the corrupt men in politics will no longer be tolerated by the people.
He reminded these politicians that it is not the UPA but NDA Government led by Narendra Modi and no corrupt people will be tolerated. He accused these parties of hoodwinking the masses on the name of development and instead of developing the State they made their personnel development, he added.
Earlier a grand bike and car rally was organised by BJYM district president, Ravinder Singh Thakur to welcome BJP leaders on the victory of eight DDC members from the district. The rally started from Assar with hundreds of bikes and cars which enrouted Khellani and ended at Doda Bus Stand where the mammoth rally was held.
All the speakers complimented Shakti Raj Parihar for his efforts to make this grand victory possible.
They also complimented the general public of Doda for showing their faith in BJP in DDC elections and said soon they will have a district chairman of BJP.
Speaking on the occasion Shakti Raj Parihar said people gave a massive mandate to BJP in the district and party will have its chairman in the district soon.
Other prominent leaders Parliamentary constituency general secretary, Vipan Sharma, district president, Swami Raj Sharma, Prabhari, Doda, Baldev Singh Billowria, senior leader Ishtiaq Wani, Ikhlaq Wani, general secretary, Doda Manjeet Bhagat and Ramneek Singh Manhas, Seh Parbhari, BJYM Doda Sanjay Sharma, Basant Raj Thakur, general secretary, BJYM, Sandeep Manhas, Krishan Chandel and all other senior leaders were present on occasion.
