JAMMU, Apr 9: Member Legislative Assembly (MLA) Ravinder Raina has castigated the communal and anti national stand of separatists, who have opposed the rehabilitation of religiously cleansed Kashmiri Pandits in Kashmir.
In a statement issued, he said, “Kashmiri Pandits are the citizens of the State and they have birth right over the land of Kashmir. No power on earth can stop them from being rehabilitated in their homeland with full constitutional guarantees provided to all citizens of the Indian nation”.
He added that the separatists like Yasin Malik who are responsible for killing the Kashmiri Pandits and making them refugees in their own State and country have no right to oppose the rehabilitation of the community. He and other separatists of his ilk are anti nationals and have waged a war against India.
“By opposing the right to life and limb of minority community that is  committed to uphold the Indian nation is open sedition. All nationalist forces are united to expose the communal and jihadi face of these anti nationals”, he stated.
“BJP will leave no stone unturned in upholding the integrity and territorial integrity of Indian nation in the Legislative Assembly where the overground  proxies of the communal separatists of Kashmir like Engineer Rasid are imposing the anti national agenda by sabotaging the rehabilitation and return of the Kashmiri Pandits who were forced to live as refugees in their own state and country by these anti national elements”, Raina disclosed.
He requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Rajnath  Singh to take stern action against these people who are indulging in brazen communalism as they have been exposed completely.
Supporting the return and rehabilitation of the Kashmiri Pandits in their Homeland, he said, “Kashmiri Pandits are the original inhabitants of Kashmir valley and are the symbols of Indian nation. Being the citizens of the State they have every right to the land of Kashmir from which they were cleansed”.
