Raina addresses impressive BJP rally in Reasi town

REASI, June 26: Feeling rejuvenated after the pullout from Coalition Government and visit of national president Amit Shah, BJP today organized an impressive public rally, which was addressed by the party’s State unit president Ravinder Raina
In the rally, which was also addressed by former Minister and MLA Reasi, Ajay Nanda, State BJP general secretary Pawan Khajuria and others, the speakers sought to justify the party decision of pulling out from the Mehbooba Government because of deteriorating security situation in Kashmir Valley.
Mr Raina claimed that despite all possible support extended by the Central Government to the State, then Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti failed to keep a check on the terrorists whose violent activities witnessed an increase.
“As the situation was visibly deteriorated with the killing of Army jawan Aurangzeb and senior journalist Shujat Bukhari, BJP preferred to sacrifice its Government in the national interest,” he added
While highlighting the Modi Government’s  initiatives and schemes for welfare of the common man , Mr Raina said asked the party workers to gear up for 2019 Lok Sabha polls.
Ajay Nanda  highlights the initiatives and development works,  he started in Reasi district.   He reiterated his commitment for continuing to serve the people of Reasi constituency.
Pawan Khajuria predicted  that the BJP would return to power in Centre with more number of seats in 2019 Lok Sabha polls.
Earlier, an impressive rally was also taken out in the Reasi town by BJP workers and supporters.
Due to the rally today, which was organized at the Bus Stand Reasi, locals and commuters had to face hardships as they were forced to travel long distance on foot   to catch buses, which were not allowed to enter the town.
Similarly, Reharis and roadside stalls were also removed from the Bus Stand area for facilitating the BJP rally.
The affected people said that the party should have organized the rally at the stadium, adjoining bus stand for avoiding inconvenience to the general public.
