SRINAGAR, July 17: Expressing solidarity with IAS topper, Shah Faesal, All India Congress Committee president, Rahul Gandhi in a letter praised him (Faesal) for courageously highlighting the issues that plague India.
In a letter, Rahul Gandhi also mentioned that it is extremely troubling that the Government has singled you (Faesal) out for voicing opinion, which exhibits an insecurity that is unbecoming of any Government.
