JAMMU, Aug 1: R S Billoweria has been appointed as Chairman of the Nationalist Youth Congress, J&K.
The appointment was made by Murli Manohar Pandey, National General Secretary and National Spokesperson NCP Youth, who hoped that Mr Billoweria will lead the party to right direction and also help NCP in membership drive in his capacity as incharge of membership drive J&K for the youth wing.
