JAMMU, Apr 10: Pradesh Youth Congress has resolved to intensify campaign against milk adulteration in the State.
State secretary of PYC Rajveer Singh along with other activists of the PYC launched campaign at Satwari Chowk here and created awareness among the people. The PYC activists checked over 200 vendors / suppliers during the campaign. Mr Singh said that issue of milk adulteration was of serious concern and the Health Wing of the JMC was not taking proper care of the people. He alleged that there was no proper check of the JMC teams and hundreds of quintals of adulterated milk was being supplied to various outlets in the city. He stressed the need to check the menace of adulteration of milk.
