JAMMU, July 23: The Public Works (R&B) Department has ordered placement of Assistant Executive Engineers (Civil) as Incharge Executive Engineers.
The promote Engineers (Degree Holder) are; Harvinder Singh and Fayaz Ahmad Zargar, who have been placed as Incharge Xens (Civil), in their own pay and grade.
