JAMMU, Feb 12: Mission Statehood Jammu Kashmir (MSJK) activists led by their president, Sunil Dimple here today staged a protest demonstration against PWD (R&B) and JMC for bad road from Amphala to Janipur.
Addressing the protesters Dimple said that Smart City Project, PWD, JMC and ERA have spoiled Amphalla-Janipur road and he demanded blacktopping of this road besides constructing drains and footpaths along it.
He demanded construction of ring road and start of metro train from Amphalla-Manda to Janipur High Court, Roop Nagar, Bantalab upto Akhnoor.
The MSJK leader also demanded flyovers at Rehari Chungi, Jewel Chowk to solve traffic problems.
He claimed that Jammu West Assembly Constituency saw no development in the last ten years.
Rajinder Bhargav, Kewal Krishen, Surinder Kumar, Vicky Dogra and many others were also present in the protest.
