KATHUA, Dec 20: Pensioners Welfare Association (PWA) held a meeting under the chairmanship of its General Secretary Dilsher Singh.
In the meeting, District President of the Association Amar nath Dogra urged the Government to release 6 per cent DA installment due from July 2017 in favour of employees and pensioners and enhance medical allowance from Rs 300 to Rs 3000 per month.
Tara Singh, Chief Advisor of the Association urged the Government to implement 7th pay commission immediately.
Among others present were Khushi Ram Sharma, Des Raj Sharma, Amrik Singh, Saran Singh, Sohan Lal Sharma, Deewan Chand, Shambu Nath Verma, etc.
