NEW DELHI, Oct 10: Pulses prices ended steady at the wholesale market in the national capital today due to absence of any worthwhile activity.
Traders said slowdown in buying activity in pulses at prevailing record levels and an improvement in supplies, helped prices to end steady.
Following are today’s pulses rates (in Rs per quintal):
Urad Rs 9,600-10,700, Urad Chilka (local) Rs 10,700-10,900, Urad best Rs 10,800-11,400, Dhoya Rs 11,200-11,400, Moong Rs 7,800-8,400, Dal Moong Chilka local Rs 8,400-8,800, Moong Dhoya local Rs 8,700-9,200 and best quality Rs 9,200-9,400.
Masoor small Rs 6,100-7,000, bold Rs 6,200-7,100, Dal Masoor local Rs 7,400-7,600, best quality Rs 7,500-7,700, Malka local Rs 8,300-8,750, best Rs 8,400-8,800, Moth Rs 5,600-6,000, Arhar Rs 10,000-10,400, Dal Arhar Dara Rs 11,600-11,800.
