JAMMU, Apr 14: Continuing her weekly public outreach initiative, Sanjita Dogra, general secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu & Kashmir, and Headquarters in charge, held her regular Tuesday public Darbar at Pandit Prem Nath Dogra Bhawan, Kachi Chawni, here, today, where she listened to the grievances and concerns of women from various parts of the region.
During the interaction, several women raised issues related to social welfare, healthcare access, financial assistance, and domestic challenges.
Sanjita Dogra assured them that their concerns would be taken up with the appropriate authorities for timely redressal.
She said that the primary objective of holding such public darbars is to provide a platform where people, especially women, can voice their issues without hesitation. Listening to their voices, understanding their problems, and making continuous efforts towards meaningful solutions is our fundamental duty,” she added.
Highlighting the importance of women’s empowerment, she said that an empowered woman is the foundation of an empowered society. When women are strong, confident, and self-reliant, they contribute significantly to the progress and stability of families, communities, and the nation as a whole. She further added that empowering women through education, economic opportunities, and social security should be a top priority.
Sanjita Dogra also reiterated the commitment of the Modi Government and the party towards women-centric policies and welfare schemes. She appealed women to come forward, be aware of their rights, and actively participate in shaping a better future for themselves and society.
Sanjita Dogra reaffirmed her dedication to addressing public concerns, particularly those affecting women, with sincerity and urgency.
