JAMMU, Sept 3: The elections for the Paloura-Top Market Association (PTMA) were held today at J K Colony, Paloura Top, under the supervision of ex-MP Shamsher Singh Manhas and ex-Minister Bali Bhagat.
Jagattar Singh Manhas was elected as president of the Association, Vijay Bhandari as vice president, Manish Kumar as general secretary, Rakesh Kumar as organizer, Sumit Bhandari as cashier and Sanjeev Sayal as advisor.
