SRINAGAR, May 20: The Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) Media In-Charge Kashmir, Altaf Thakur today alleged that PSO of a BJP leader threatened to shoot him at a party function, today when he asked him to leave the room where the meeting of the party was on.
The incident happened when a party meeting was going on at local hotel at Sonwar, under the leadership of Shamshar Singh Manhas, BJP’s Member Parliament (MP).
“An important meeting was going on regarding party activities, when I asked the PSO of BJP leader Ali Mohammad Mir to leave the room and wait outside, he pointed his gun towards me and threatened to shoot me”, said Thakur.
Thakur said that he was so frightened by the incident that he could not gather courage even to inform party seniors.
