SUNDERBANI, Nov 17: Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) chief spokesperson Ravinder Sharma (Ex-MLC) has expressed concern over the non- availability of seed in Nowshera-Sunderbani areas of Rajouri district and demanded immediate supply of the same to the farmers.
Sharma, who is on two days’ tour of the area, met with the farmers to listen their day today problems. Farmers complained that they are not getting adequate quantity of seed for which they are facing difficulty to sow the seed of wheat in time, as the cultivation season for ruby crops has already started.
Sharma urged upon the State Agriculture authorities to rush sufficient quantity of seed to Nowshera- Sunderbani areas so that farmers can sow new crop it in time.
