Provide Rs 20 lakh compensation to martyr’s family: NPP

KISHTWAR, May 9: State president of National Panthers Party (NPP)  Balwant Singh Mankotia (Ex-MLA)  has  demanded Rs 20 lakh compensation for the  family of martyr Krishan Lal, who laid down his life while serving nation in Keran sector of Kashmir two days back.
Mr Mankotia today attended cremation of Shaheed Krishan Lal at his native village Dharsarood of district Kishtwar. The Ex-MLA   also met  Swami Raj, father of  Shaheed Krishan Lal and conveyed his heartfelt condolences on behalf of Panthers Party. Krishan Lal was only brother of four sisters in the family.
Later, Mankotia who was accompanied by local NPP  leaders including Sunil Proach, Subash Gupta, Kuldeep Kumar and Imityaz Ahmed, visited the  families of bus accident at Bidwan (Doda)  last month  in which six persons were killed.
