Protest held against Pak ceasefire violation

JAMMU, May 20: The workers of the Dogra Front and Shiv Sena under the leadership of president Ashok Gupta took out a procession in Jammu city and burnt the Pakistani flag against the ceasefire violation at Akhnoor sector in which a Army jawan lost his life and 2 were seriously injured.
The protesters were carrying the pictures of Narendra Modi and Udhav Thackrey demanded immediate retaliation on the violation of ceasefire so that Pakistan can get the taste of their own medicine.
“All these events of firing are happening on border so that the infiltration can take place and terrorists enter the Indian border, with cross border firing as cover”, Ashok Gupta stated.
“Our soldiers are being sacrificed and there is a sense of sadness in the entire nation. The situation along the border is very critical now because there are growing ceasefire violations and there are more attempts of infiltration”, Gupta added.
Gupta stated that during the war of 1971 about one lakh Pakistani soliders were captured and were released after the Shimla aggrement. He demanded granting of power to the Army so that the reply to such kind of barbaric attack can be returned in the same manner.
The party people who were present at the time of protest were Raj Singh, Prem Kumar, Sandeep, Birbal, Geeta, Veena and various others.
