JAMMU, Mar 5: The residents of Nankey Chak led by Sarpanch Romesh Chander staged a demonstration in front of District Development Commissioner’s Office here today against the CAPD Minister asking the people to present water and electricity bills for formation of ration cards.
The protestors said that they belong to BPL families and were not in a position to furnish the water and power bills for formation of ration cards and demanded the order be cancelled.
