JAMMU, Oct 22: Saryara Sabha, Bahu Fort has appealed to the Government to protect the rights of schedule caste communities.
A meeting of the Sabha was held under the chairmanship of its president Bhadur Lal, in which large number of people from Saryara community participated.
During the meeting, the participants appealed to Kavinder Gupta, Speaker Legislative Assembly, who is also MLA from Gandhi Nagar constituency to protect the rights of schedule caste communities.
Among others present were Jasmeet Raj, Chairman, Manohar Lal, general secretary, Parshotam Lal, senior vice president, Ramesh Chander and Ayudhiya Lal, advisors, Jagdev Raj, Lal Chand Fangotra and Hirdesh Khokhar vice presidents, Baldev Raj Fangotra, organizer, Kuldip Raj, cashier, etc.
