JAMMU, Jan 19: Principal Sessions Judge Poonch, Jaffer Hussain Beigh has acquitted three alleged accused namely Gurdeep Singh, Prithpaul Kour and Devinder Kour, who were facing trial in murder of their neighbor.
After hearing both the sides, Principal Sessions Judge observed, “it is admitted that there was enmity between the parties regarding their common land in front of their houses and the false implication of the accused is the result of such enmity”.
“It has not been proved that the deceased has received any injury from the accused persons which could have caused the death of the deceased but it is proved that the deceased died a natural death because she was suffering from acute abdomen pain”, the court said, adding “the accused are not even remotely connected to cause the death of the deceased”.
With these observations, court acquitted the accused of the offence for which they were charged.
