JAMMU, Jan 19: Chinore police arrested an absconder, who was absconding for the past several years.
As per police sources, a police team from Chinore police station conducted a raid and arrested an absconder, who has been identified as Balbir Singh, son of Badri Singh of Chafre Chak.
The accused was wanted in a case registered under FIR number 130/2001 under Section 279 and 337 RPC with police station Domana. warrant under 512 CrPC also stands issued against the accused by Special Municipal Mobile Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Jammu.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team led by Incharge police post Chinore SI Deepak Katoch made the arrest under the supervision of SHO Domana Mohammad Qasim, SDPO Domana Sanjay Parihar and SP Rural Rajeev Pandey.
