SRINAGAR, July 31: Prof. Riyaz Punjabi, former Vice Chancellor of the University of Kashmir, called on Governor N. N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan, here today.
Governor and Prof. Punjabi discussed various pressing challenges facing the higher education sector in J&K which already has eleven mainstream universities and institutions of higher education and two more Institutions of Management and Technology coming up and the consequence if further proliferation is allowed.
