JAMMU: A professor allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself in the premises of Jammu University.
The deceased was identified as Prof (Dr) Chander Shekhar. He was residing in a quarter in Jammu University and has allegedly committed suicide in his office at Department of Psychology, Jammu University.
Nehru Market Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
