DODA, Nov 17: Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Thathri Athar Amin Zargar along with Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Doda Dr Yaqoob Mir today sealed one clinical laboratory, one collection centre and two dental clinics that were being run without provisional registration.
The action came today when the SDM and the CMO along with other concerned officials inspected various clinical establishments in and around Thathri town. While checking for proper registration under Clinical Establishment Act, it was found by the inspection team that one clinical laboratory, one collection centre and two dental clinics are running their business without having provisional registration certificate.
Subsequently, the team headed by SDM Thathri sealed all the four establishments. Further CMO has asked all the laboratories, nursing homes and other like establishment to apply online for provisional registration certificate under Clinical Establishment Act, if not obtained yet, to avoid strict legal action under rules.
