Prime Minister meets J&K Tableaux artists

NEW DELHI, Jan 27: The Prime Minister appreciated the performance and Tableaux design of the J&K State, which depicted the Folk Dance of Jammu and Kashmir and gave a spectrum of oneness “Unity in Diversity”.
Celebrating the National Republic Day Parade with the J&K Tableaux Artists  to appreciate their contribution in the National Republic Day Parade, the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi spent some moments with J&K Tableaux Artists at Jawahar Nehru Planetarium in connection with a call on programme.
As many as 34 artists representing Ladakh, Kashmir and Jammu participated in the fusion programme presented before Narendra Modi and other dignitaries.
Dr. Arvinder Singh Amn, Additional Secretary, J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, Nazir Hussain, Deputy Secretary/ SOCA-G1 Troupe Leader, Aftab Ahmad, Tableaux designer, were also present on the occasion.
