JAMMU, July 29: A priest was found hanging in temple premises in Akhnoor here today, police sources said.
The deceased was identified as Brij Mohan, a resident of Madhya Pradesh. He was working as priest at Kameshwar Temple in Akhnoor.
After conducting post-mortem at Sub District Hospital (SDH) Akhnoor, the body of the deceased was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Akhnoor Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
