JAMMU, Mar 7: President Batote Municipal Committee has warned to lodge FIR against NHPC if it failed to repair the damaged drain and breast walls from Tringla Bridge to Bagu Nallah bridge.
In a statement issued, he said that no repair work of these drain and breast walls have been done for so many years and due to worst condition of these, the rain water damaged so many houses.
“The damaged retaining walls fell over the private property, which caused huge damage”, he said, adding that if proper attention towards said repair work is not paid, an FIR will be lodged against concerned agency–NHPC.
