KATHUA, Mar 6: As a part of its ‘Jan Sampark Abhiyan’, DSSP started its campaign from village Gainthla and passed through Jambeli , Satwain, Mansuan, Thein , Kalmari, Noora, Basant pura and reached Gujjar Basti, Basholi Morh, Garib Basti and finally culminated at Lakhanpur.
While addressing the gathering at various places, Ch Lal Singh, founder Chairman DSSP castigated the Government of its apathy towards the general public.  Taxing people of Jammu on every day reminds us of old Feudals who even charged tax for fresh air and water. It’s the blatant violation of the basic spirit of democracy when everyone is being harassed with the draconian laws aimed to bring everyone on the ground.
Former MP pointed out that all policies and programs of the Government are anti- people and against the wishes of the people. They want people to be the subservient to the Government and any voice raised against the system, are dubbed as anti-national. Unemployment is eating the vitals of our youth but none is there to take care. Government is for the interest of the people but it’s shocking that this government instead of taking some relief measures, is involved in the open loot of the resources of Jammu people.
Kanta Andotra, Ex-MLA also addressed the meetings during Jan Sampark Abhiyan and demanded separate Jammu State.
Dr Hari Dutt Shishu, general secretary of the DSSP appealed to the masses to join the DSSP and give a new life to the pious movement of DSSP for the people of Jammu.
