JAMMU, June 15: Principal Sessions Judge Jammu, R S Jain today rejected the pre-arrest bail application of two accused namely Tanvir Hussain and Zakir Hussain, who duped people on assurance of employment.
After hearing both the sides, court observed, “the allegations coming against the accused persons in the police report is heinous”. As such they were denied pre-arrest bail.
