JAMMU, Feb 5: Principal Secretary, Power Development Department would attend the Winter Secretariat, Srinagar from February 9 to 13, 2015. He has been asked to submit a brief note about the significant issues and complaints received from the general public and the action taken therein, to the Governor’s Secretariat.
