JAMMU, Aug 14: In order to carry out work for cutting of trees for four laning of Jammu Akhnoor road, the shutdown of 11kV feeders is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Muthi, Lower Muthi, Paloura, Barnai and its adjoining areas will remain affected on August 16 from 6 am to 10 am.
Similarly, the power supply to Udheywala, KC Colony, Ganesh Vihar and its adjoining areas will remain affected on August 16 from 6 am to 10 am.
Likewise, the power supply to Shanti Nagar, Paloura, Toph Bazar, Mandlik Nagar and its adjoining areas will remain affected on August 16 from 6 am to 10 am.
Meanwhile, for laying of 120 sqmm HT ABC and erection of 9 mtr. PCC Pole, the shutdown of 11KV NSN-2 feeder emanating from 33/11kV New Subash Nagar R/Station is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Pandoka Colony, Bread factory, Paloura and adjoining areas will remain affected on August 16 and 17 from 8 am to 11 am.
However, as per Superintending Engineer, Elect. Maintt. & R.E. Circle, Jammu, the shutdown of 33/11KV S/Station Canal scheduled for August 18 is hereby cancelled.
