JAMMU, Dec 23: In order to carry out replacement of damaged PI’s in G-6 Bay, the emergency shutdown on 33 KV level at 220/132/33 KV Grid Station Gladni is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Gandhi Nagar, Nanak Nagar, Trikuta Nagar, Residency road area, Dhounthly Bazar, Karan Nagar, Kachi Chawani, Channi Himmat, Transport Nagar, Sainik Colony and Bhatindi will remain affected on December 24 from 10 am to 12 noon.
Meanwhile, to carry out rectification of hotspots and routine maintenance /Branch cutting/ tightening of jumpers and alignment of 220 KV Isolators and repairs to 220/132 KV Bus Coupler, CT, the shutdown of 220 KV D/C Barn-Kishenpur Transmission Line and 220/132/33 KV Grid Station Barn is being allowed.
During shutdown power supply to Grid Station Canal, Pounichak, Katra, Rajouri, Draba, Chandak, Jourian, Barn and District Reasi, Rajouri, Poonch and part of District Jammu will remain affected on December 24 from 9 am to 4 pm.
