Poswal demands construction of Sadhna tunnel in Tangdhar

JAMMU, Oct 17:    Bhartiya Gujjar Mahasabha J&K, State president, Eshfaq-ur-Rehman Poswal has demanded that Sadhna tunnel be constructed at Tangdhar, Kupwara, for providing better road connectivity to the people of the area.
During his visit to Tangdhar, Poswal said that Sadhna tunnel once constructed, would improve the road network on the area.  Poswal also demanded that telecom connectivity in the area is also in a poor condition. He demanded that the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi to take certain steps so that the telecom connectivity be improved in the area.
Poswal visited Barwan, Shamaspura, Baghbeela, Kacharian, Gundhigujjaran, Chitrekote, Pinglaharidal, Gundhisayeedan and met with hundreds of people of these areas.
“I visited many areas, and found that there are no roads”, Poswal said and slammed the State Government for ignoring the border area. “The Centrally sponsored schemes, like PMGSY, RGGY, IAY and others have also not been properly implemented in this belt”, Poswal said and demanded from the Government to ensure their implementation for the betterment of the people.
Poswal during his visit to several areas also interacted with the people and listened to their problems. He assured them that he will take up their issues at the appropriate forum for their redressal.
