DPS Jammu organizes Quiz Competition

JAMMU, Oct 17: Delhi Public School (DPS), Jammu organized an intersection ‘Quiz Competition’ for the students of class III.
There were six rounds in the quiz based on the topics – General Knowledge, Mathematics, Environmental Science, Life Skills and Current Affairs with interesting audio-visual clippings.
Each question was supplemented with additional information to make the quiz more informative, not only for the participants but also for the students who were the praiseworthy audience.
The first prize was bagged by Team F consisting of Kanav Mahajan and Krish Dev Singh while the 2nd prize was shared by Aryaveer Singh and Areeb Ahmed Dev of Team H and Anieeq Shahzad and Aashi Nanda of Team J.
The third prize was also shared by Team B (Divyansh Mahajan and Navgun Singh) and Team C (Shalin Sawhney and Uman Butt).
Meenu Gupta, Headmistress upto middle school, DPS, Jammu, encouraged the students to participate in such types of formative assessments which help the students to think logically, practically and to stimulate their creative thought processes.
Additional Director and principal of the school, Dr D Joseph distributed prizes among the winners.
