SRINAGAR, Jan 9: Residents of Basant Bagh and Mandir Bagh in the city centre find themselves grappling with persistent challenges due to an erratic mobile phone network in their areas.
The locals said that the inconsistent service has not only disrupted routine communication but has also caused them considerable inconvenience.
Jan Muhammad, a resident deeply affected by the issue, voiced his frustration, saying, “The unreliable mobile network is creating hurdles in staying connected with our loved ones. It’s not just an inconvenience; it’s impacting our daily activities.”
Imtiyaz Ahmad, another resident facing the consequences, added, “In today’s digital age, having a reliable mobile network is crucial. The ongoing issues are adversely affecting our work, studies of children, and overall communication.”
In light of the prolonged connectivity problems, local residents are now urging telecom authorities to address the matter promptly.
