Poor BSNL services

Sir,
The BSNL mobile prepaid and post paid services in west Jammu areas continue to be inept for months now, with the result the subscribers are made to pay bills without proper strength of mobile towers and the authorities maintain a mute stare. Subscribers are seen on roof-tops strolling to get their connectivity in line,so that they can use their cell phones, the conversation gets started and gradually declines in strength and clarity like a patient on a ventilator, without oxygen. It cannot be a fact that the BSNL officers continue to remain ignorant about the poor services of the service provider to the nation. Subscribers are seen in queues near outlets to seek new connections from other mobile companies as they are fed up by the recurrent poor service of BSNL. Will the authorities of BSNL and TRAI take the trouble, wake up from the slumber sleep, become duty conscious and perform their duties to the best expectations of the subscribers.
