REASI, Sept 6: The subscribers of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) are badly suffering because of poor service of this telecom operating agency in Reasi.
One has to dial the mobile phone number of times for getting connected, that too not guaranteed. To make or receive a call through BSNL mobile phone in Reasi virtually irks the subscribers, explained a local.
Despite repeated requests of the customers in this regard, the BSNL authorities did nothing. Because of this callous attitude of the BSNL authorities, a number of subscribers are even mulling to take services of private telecom operators here, said Surinder Suri.
