JAMMU, July 1: Various political parties and leaders have expressed their grief over the tragic accident in District Kishtwar, in which 35 persons were killed and 16 others were injured.
Leader of opposition in Rajya Sabha and General Secretary AICC Ghulam Nabi Azad has expressed profound grief and shock over the loss of precious lives and injuries to many others in this tragic road accident.
In a condolence message Ghulam Nabi Azad conveyed deep shock and heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved families and prayed for peace to the departed souls. He also prayed for early recovery of the injured and asked for all possible medical treatment to the injured. He also sought adequate ex-gratia relief for the families of the deceased and to the injured.
National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah and Vice President Omar Abdullah expressed deep grief over the death of 35 passengers in a tragic road accident at Keshwan in Kishtwar District.
