SAMBA, Sept 22: Samba police recovered a woman who was reportedly missing along with her children since February 5 last year.
Police said a written complaint was received at Police Station (PS) Vijaypur by one person, a resident of Swankha Morh, Vijaypur regarding the missing of his wife along with two children (both sons) from home since 05.02.2019. All efforts were made by him but the whereabouts of the missing lady could not be ascertained.
Acting on the complaint, a missing report was lodged at PS Vijaypur vide DDR No. 15 dated 31.03.2019 and search started to trace out the said missing lady.
With continuous and strenuous efforts, a police team of PS Vijaypur traced out the lady along with her two children from a relative’s home, as the missing lady along with her children left to her relative home without intimating the family member. After completing the legal formalities the lady along with her children was handed over to her husband at PS Vijaypur.
Accordingly, the said missing report has been closed. The family member have expressed their gratitude towards Samba Police in tracing out and reuniting the missing lady along with two children with the family.
