Srinagar Dec 24: Police recovered illicit liquor from a residential house in Achabal in the South Kashmir district of Anantnag.
A police spokesman said here that police raided the house of Abdul Hamid Teli son of Ghulam Ahmad resident of Badoora, Akingam, Achabal. During the search of the residential house 23 bottles of illicit liquor were recovered from the house.
Police have registered a case (FIR No. 146/13 under Section 48 Ex. Act) and are investigating it.
