SRINAGAR: Militants hurled a hand grenade towards a police Chowki in south Kashmir district of Pulwama this evening, official sources said.
They said militants lobbed a hand grenade towards police Chowki Kakapora Awantipora at 1817 hrs this evening.
However, the grenade missed the initiated target and exploded in the compound without causing any damage. A massive hunt has been launched to nab the militants responsible for the attack.
No militant outfit has claimed responsibility for the attack. (AGENCIES)
