He said that acting on a specific information about the presence of two militants in a Srinagar locality, a Naka was laid and the place was zeroed in after both were arrested in a smooth operation.
“During the course of investigations, it was found that the duo belonged to Hizbul Mujahideen outfit and were planning a strike in Srinagar city ahead of August 15,” the officer revealed. (AGENCIES)
