PoK leader says terror groups backed by Pak

JAMMU, Apr 26: Exposing Pakistan Government very badly, a top leader of Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) has said that terror groups like Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Toiba and Hizbul Mujahideen are enjoying full support and funding by the Pakistan Government and their Intelligence agencies.
In an interview to a national Television channel, Sardar Shaukat Ali Kashmiri, Chairman of United Kashmir People’s National Party, said the three major terrorist outfits of LeT, JeM and Hizbul Mujahideen have full support of Pakistan Government and their Intelligence agencies.
However, Kashmiri said, these terrorist organizations don’t represent Kashmir society, culture and other activities as they just want to communalize the situation.
“Kashmiris have culture, history, society and many other things. However, these terrorist outfits are just communalizing the society,’’ he lamented.
On airstrikes by the Indian Air Force (IAF) at Balakote in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan, Kashmiri said whether the target was hit or not is a debatable issue but the foreign diplomats and journalists, who were taken to the spot several days after the strike, had stated that they had to trek one and a half hour on foot to reach the building, which was described as Madarsa by the Pakistani Government.
“The question is if the building in question was a Madarsa, why it was located in dense forest area? Madarsa should be located in populated area so that the children can study there. However, the students will trek such a long distance daily in the forests to reach to the Madarsa?”, he asked.
Raising doubts over the Madarsa theory propagated by the Pakistan Government, the PoK leader said Madarsas always have easy access and are located in populated areas and not the forests.
