Srinagar, July 4: Army today handed over a 10-year-old boy from Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK), who had inadvertently crossed the Line of Control two days ago, to Pakistani Rangers in Tanghdar sector.
Sameer Kayani, son of Mohammad Rafiq from Laswa Athmuqam was intercepted by BSF 38 Battalion after he inadvertently crossed this side of LoC last Thursday. The patrolling party later handed over the boy to the concerned 104 brigade in Tanghdar.
The boy was handed over by the unit based at Tanghdar area to the Pakistan Rangers at Teetwal crossing point with new clothes and sweets for the family.
