BJP holds mammoth public rally

KUPWARA, Mar 24: BJP general secretary Organization, Ashok Koul highlighted the role of the party in building Naya Jammu and Kashmir. Addressing a mammoth public rally here, today he said the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi is committed to make Jammu and Kashmir a prosperous part of the country by boosting tourism sector and helping needy and poor people through many Government schemes like the Awas Yojna.
Koul said under this scheme thousands of houses were build in Jammu-and-Kashmir for downtrodden people in a transparent manner. He alleged that earlier some officers who were providing the benefits of the schemes to influential people only but now the system has changed completely.
Ashok Koul lashed out at regional political parties and said that people in J&K have rejected NC, Congress and PDP as these parties only misused the power granted by democracy to build their assets and cheated people in the name of region and religion.
Spokesperson, BJP and Head Policy Research Department of the party J&K UT Abjeet Jasrotia said that it was the BJP which brought the first Haj flight to Kashmir during under the chairmanship of late Prime Minister, Atal Bihari Vajpaye and then Civil and Aviation Minister,  Shahnawaz Hussain who came to Srinagar Airport and flagged off first Haj flight direct from Kashmir. BJP is committed for equitable development of all regions and sub-regions giving fair deal in development to all the communities and all the party workers are working day and night to complete the mission, Jasrotia added.
Surinder Ambardar former MLC lashed out at Abdullahs and Muftis by saying that  these two families have made J&K their fiefdom. In democracy everyone has equal right.   He added that the sea of BJP workers assembled here is the writing on the wall  that next Government in Jammu and Kashmir will be of BJP with the support of people who believe in democracy and constitution of this democratic country as BJP always believes on “Sab Ka Saath, Sab Ka Vishwas”.
